Gian Nicolo, Owner & Founder

Gian built Screening Dunrite from the ground up — starting in the summer of 2020 with a ladder in the trunk of a Toyota Corolla and a commitment to earn every customer's trust.

Before Screening Dunrite, Gian sailed as a merchant marine on oil tankers in the Gulf of Mexico. When he learned he was going to be a father, he came ashore, moved his family into a home, and took a job with a local aluminum company building pool enclosures — learning the trade from the ground up while providing for his newborn son.

Years later, after learning sales, materials, crew management, and how a service business runs day to day, he launched Screening Dunrite as a one-man rescreening operation. His first Google review set the tone for everything that followed: do excellent work, ask for honest feedback, and treat every homeowner the way he'd want his own family treated.

Today the company handles full pool cage rescreening, restoration, door and hardware replacement, roof and gutter cleaning, leaf guard installation, and more — with a loyal crew and a reputation built on professionalism from the first phone call through the finished product.
